Storyline 360 Not Publishing to Review 360

Let me start by saying, I will always brag about the effectiveness and responsiveness of this community and Articulate 360 support.
I had an image in the player as the cover photo that was "corrupt" somehow. After deleting the cover photo, unchecking the box, saving the player and resaving the project, publishing to Review 360 was successful.

I can't publish ANY of my Storyline 360 files to review. It doesn't what file it is, it just won't publish.
I get the following error message attached.
Same. I've been trying to publish my file for over an hour. Nothing I do is working. Everything was fine before the holidays.
