I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue and I'm happy to help troubleshoot. We recommend saving your work on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Have you tried closing the file and reopening it? This seems to have resolved the issue for another user receiving the same error message.
If that doesn't do the trick, you can try importing your slides into a new Storyline project, and let us know if that works!
