Yes, we got the same issue when doing 508 test with JAWS. We have Storyline 3 publish output, using JAWS 16.0.4474, IE 11/Google Chrome 64.
A radio button could be checked using Space-bar but screen reader asked to using Up or Down. The Up or Down button won't do anything.
