Storyline 360 Spinning cursor when attempting to resume course where left off

I searched the forum but couldn't find a resolution to this specific issue.
A user who accessed one of our courses on our LMS (Pinpoint Global) needed to exit the course before it was comple...
do you use classic or modern player?
We use both. This particular course is using the classic player as it was developed previously before the new player came out.
