Storyline 360 Text Style usage

Sometimes I need to copy a layer or slide from another project which has text styles. That automatically imports those text styles into my other project's theme. Is there a way to review all text styles and see what isn't being used, or the usage count number? One of my project has 3 of the same text styles, and I don't want to delete the wrong one.

Also is there a way to sort them. Sometimes I realise 2 text styles should be next to each other for easier access, but I've made them at different times with other styles in between.

HELP!
