Storyline 360, Update 102 is live!
Earlier this week, we released Update 102 of Storyline 360. This update includes several enhancements and fixes aimed at improving authoring efficiency, accessibility, and internationalization support.
Notable updates include:
✅ Improved Accessibility Checker performance, along with new sort order options for easier navigation
✅ Official support for Windows Narrator and Magnifier in published courses
✅ Fixes for issues around Thai, Hebrew, and Arabic text
This release also introduces an enhancement aimed at improving the authoring workflow for AI-generated closed captions. Because caption generation can take some time, Storyline processes them in the background so you can continue working uninterrupted. When the task completes, a brief notification bubble appears—letting you know the captions are ready and offering a direct link to the Closed Captions Editor for quick review.
We strongly encourage authors to review AI-generated captions for accuracy. To support this, unreviewed captions will continue to appear as recommendations in the Accessibility Checker. So even if you miss the notification, you’ll still be able to identify captions that need attention later in the process.
