It sounds like you’re having an issue with one video where the audio won’t play after publishing to Review and your LMS.
It’s hard to say what’s causing this without seeing your file, but here are some thoughts:
- Have you tried importing the video into a new blank Storyline project to rule out a potential corrupt file?
- When working with course assets, be sure to work locally versus on a network drive or an external USB.
