Storyline AI Assistant Multiple Quiz Questions
I am having a problem with the AI assistant in Storyline. I have chosen the "Multiple Questions" option and checked that it should use all of the 12 slides as source material. However, even after asking it to create five quiz questions, it will only create one at a time with me having to prompt it each time. It even told me that it can only create one question at a time. Which makes no sense because there is an option to create multiple questions. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what is the workaround?

I understand you're trying to create multiple quiz questions with AI Assistant. I see where the confusion is coming from, so I'm happy to clarify!
When you select the AI Assistant Question icon, only one question is generated at a time. I can see how the label can be misleading, so I'll share this feedback with our product team.
If you’re looking to generate multiple questions at once, you’ll want to use the AI Assistant Quiz icon. Here's how:
- In Story View, select the AI Assistant Quiz icon on the top ribbon.
- Select the check boxes to choose which slides you'd like referenced in the quiz, then select Continue.
- Select New slides.
- Select Generate the quiz.
When I tested this, it created three new quiz slides automatically. Please give that a try and let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you for your reply. These are the steps that I am taking, but it still only creates one question, even though I have asked it to create five questions. This is the icon I am clicking on to start the process.

It only created one quiz question slide. I have all the slides checked as references. There is enough content there for five questions. I am not sure what else I need to be doing.

Currently, AI Assistant in Storyline can have difficulty fulfilling requests for a specific number of questions when prompted. When generating, AI Assistant splits text content into segments of 1,000 words each. Each segment should produce at least two questions per segment.
If you're only receiving one question at a time, it would be helpful to see the .story file you've been working with. Do you mind uploading a copy here in the discussion or through a support case so we can check the source material?

Thank you for your reply. However, I gave up on having the AI assistant create the quiz because it was taking to long to resolve and created it manually.
