Storyline AI Insert Image won't make an isolated object cutout. Ideas?

Hi there!

I'm trying to make an isolated object cutout in Storyline - a cutout of a specific make/model/color of car with a completely invisible background, so I can use animation to make the car move or use it as an icon etc. etc.

I had CoPilot help me draft a prompt since none of my experiments were working (see attached).

Even the very specific language of the prompt didn't work, and I kept getting the "transparency grid" background, which of course shows up when the image is inserted into the slide (see attached).

I'm defaulting to telling AI to put the image on a solid background color and then use "Recolor" to make that color transparent, but it would be better if I didn't have that additional step.  Any ideas?
