Storyline assessments continue beyond the expected number of questions
Hello.
I sometimes have issues with storyline assessments. The majority of the assessments we create have several question banks with a certain number of questions being pulled from each one per assessment. When testing within Storyline it all works as expected. Once I publish it in a SCORM file and upload it to the LMS I sometime get the issue that the assessment just keeps going. For example, I want 14 questions to be asked but it will go beyond this number and state Question 15 of 14, Question 16 of 14 etc. It will not go to the Results slide. I have to reset the course on the LMS and redo the assessment. This happens randomly, for most users it will behave perfectly fine but a small number will run into the problem. Has anyone else experience this or know what might be causing it?

Without knowing more about which LMS you are working with, it's challenging to do more than toss ideas out. The only suggestion I can offer is to publish and test in SCORMCloud to see if you can get this to replicate. Otherwise, it could be anything from the type of platform your users are logging in on to the network connectivity they have while completing the modules.
