Storyline Background audio - volume level change in transition between slides
Hello,
We have exactly the same problem. We'd like to achieve the same volume throughout the file. However, the sound increases at the end of the publication. Everything is in line with the Preview screen.
Thank you

Hello ClaudeFillion-e,
I understand that the sound is increasing towards the end of your published Storyline 360 course.
- What publishing output are you using? I'm curious if this is isolated to one publishing option or browser on your end.
- If you import your current slides into a brand new .story file and publish your course, do you experience this same behavior?
- Is this happening with any other courses you're working on, or just this one?
We'd be happy to test this on our end. Feel free to share a screen recording of this behavior and your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello LucianaPiazza,
I tried to import and copy / paste my slides into a new file. I've added my audio file in the background again. In both cases, the result is always the same in publication.
I integrated my audio file as a background in another existing file. The problem isn't published.
There's a video on the first and last pages. I've cropped the video to represent the exact time of the page. The sound increase doesn't occur at the same time in the publication.
I'll send you my files privately if you need assistance.

Hello ClaudeFillion-e,
Thank you for following up with me in this thread! I see that you've opened a support case and shared your file with my colleague Lianne. You're in excellent hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case, so everything is in one location.
Have a wonderful weekend!
