Storyline Blank Screen
When I publish my Storyline to Review 360 or even preview the entire project it shows a blank screen. I have attached a picture for reference. I am saving it to my local drive and my file name is no...

I did not encounter a blank slide when I tested your file when previewing or publishing. I did notice that you have not provided the user a way to close the pop-up layers on the five "stages" slides, making it difficult to see and click on the "Back" button (I had to TAB to the button; even though I couldn't see it, I can tell when it has focus and then I pressed the space bar to select it and return to the menu).
Is there one particular slide in the set you provided that is appearing blank?
This is all I can see when I try to preview the project.
Are you previewing the entire project or just a single slide? If the latter, which slide does this occur on (or is it all slides, no matter which you preview)?
Have you tried publishing it for Web to see if will run off your local drive, or to Review?
