Blank (black) Preview screen on several Storyline projects
Apologies for raising another "help! my preview screen is blank" query, but this is what I'm getting from several projects I've got from a developer. I don't think it's an issue needing a reinstall of Storyline because of the 7 projects I have, one of them previews properly, but could I get some help with this issue please?

Can you share one of the projects that will not preview?
I can Ron, although I can't seem to see how one attaches something to a post...?
Once you select Leave a Reply these options should show
Hmm, kept rejecting whatever I was trying to share before... 🤷
Anyway, here's one of the projects (ignore that it says French - I need to get it translated).It seems to preview fine for me. I think your best course of action may be to submit a case to Articulate where the team can look under the hood to check out your files.
