Storyline Block: How to clean up the border on videos?

I have inserted storyline blocks in my rise project but have the video preview has a black border? I have filled the box in Storyline, but once published and uploaded it still has a black border. I ...

Hi Marcela!

The default option for background color is dark for the modern player and you can change it. 

To customize it, you can click Player > Color & Effects > Choose Light or Custom then change the background color to white. Once you're done, please republish and insert the Storyline block again.

I have changed the settings on the player but it's still showing the black border?

Any other suggestions...

    Hi Marcela,  I tried uploading a sample video both into a Storyline block and video block, and my video didn't have the border as seen on your screenshot. We would love to take a closer look at your Storyline file. You can send the file here. Our support engineers are ready to help.
