Hi there! Sorry to hear that the questions from your Storyline block aren't showing up in your Rise course.

I tried to replicate your issue, but my questions are showing up on an iPhone 11, iOS 15.4.1. I published the Storyline file using the latest version (3.67.28569.0)

Please open a case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can help you troubleshoot. Please include your iPhone and iOS version information, as well as your Storyline file.
