Storyline Caption Editor
The caption editor never loads my audio so that I can insert and edit closed captions. I've tried the usual stuff -- restarts and software updates and recreating the audio. Nothing works.

- Are you working locally when making edits to your course audio?
- Is this happening to all of your audio files, or just a a few select ones?
