Storyline Content Showing Up Blank in Rise360

I created a knowledge check within Storyline and uploaded the content into Review. When I uploaded the content into my Rise course, the content showed up blank. This has never happened before. Has this happened to anyone? What is the fix? I have cleared my cache and cookies and also tried re-uploading in Cognito mode which did not work either.

  • Hi AliCox,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We're not seeing this being reported by other users, so there's a possibility that this is isolated to an issue with the file that you published. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:

    • Have you tried republishing the file to Review 360 to see if this fixes the issue?
    • Is this happening to all your Storyline 360 files or just to this one?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi There,

Thanks for the quick response! It is just this one file that has been experiencing this issue, and yes, I did try republishing the file to Review 360 and nothing changed. I have attached the file here. Thank you!!

    • Hi AliCox,

Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file. I tested it by embedding it in Rise 360 and publishing the Rise 360 course to Review 360, and the course itself opened without issue for me. The result can be seen here.

I did notice a blank option in the drop-down list of the very first question. If this isn't by design, this option or the text inside it may have gotten corrupted, causing the course not to open when embedded in a Rise 360 course. As a troubleshooting step, try recreating the first slide of your course from scratch. Let me know if this fixes the issue for you!
