Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We're not seeing this being reported by other users, so there's a possibility that this is isolated to an issue with the file that you published. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Have you tried republishing the file to Review 360 to see if this fixes the issue?
- Is this happening to all your Storyline 360 files or just to this one?
- If the issue is happening to just one file, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
- If all your files are affected, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation.
