Storyline course issues
Looking for some help/insight on whether anyone has experienced issues with storyline courses freezing, or not allowing users to proceed when loaded into the LMS. My team and I are consistently running into problems with courses built in storyline and when we look into possible causes within the course we're not seeing anything that would lead us to believe there's an issue with the course itself. Thoughts?

We have received some communications from some of our dealers stating they get stuck and can't move on with a course. We run the course under their name and login and find nothing wrong, and it works fine for us. They go back in and can't move on. Our best guess has been the browser they are using or their memory size. We haven't been able to track it back to Storyline.
