Storyline course will not play on IPad
Hi everyone,
I have created a virtual tour with 360-degree photos to teach our cabin crew all the safety features on board our aircraft. The tour consists of approximately 45 360-degree photos and, of course, several markers per photo that contain images, text and videos.
I have sent the reviewers the review link, but they are not able to get the review started on their iPad. (just the three dots loading).
When we try to let them log into Cornerstone LMS and play the SCORM file for the tour, their iPad is not able to load the course.
I have asked the administrator to open the Articulate endpoints on the network, but I would also like to know if anyone can tell me what the minimum requirements are for workstations (laptops/iPads) to load a Storyline course like this. (big SCORM file, heavy demand on equipment)

Great call having your administrator open up the network endpoints on your network!
Our system requirements list the current requirements for browsers when viewing published courses. Could you please share what browser your learners are currently using?
In the meantime, I'd like to have our talented Support Engineers weigh in on the minimum requirements needed for your learners to access your course on an iPad since you are getting the three dots for loading.
