Storyline Crashes When Working with Media
My Storyline has crashed several times throughout the week as I am editing images. It has occurred while cropping images, resizing them, and also adding several hot spots onto an image.
Is this a system or user error? It is quite frustrating.

So sorry Storyline keeps crashing on you--I'm sure that's been frustrating, to say the least! My colleague, Amlan, recently sent you some tips on working from your local hard drive and steps for repairing Storyline. Please keep us posted, and let us know if you need more help!
I have been running into this too. So far my work-around is to disconnect from my company's VPN, work in the media library, then go back into my vpn. My IT is still looking for the solution.
