Storyline crashing when I publish

I tried a few more things today:
- publishing as web: works
- publish in SCORM: works
- reboot Storyline as Ren recommended
- upload an old course: succeeds
- change the name & upload another one to Review: program shuts down at the very last step of the upload... :(
I just requested a case where I forwarded the project (actually there are several, on Tuesday he wanted to upload almost nothing from the first time...).
