As I work in storyline, it occasionally slows down. After a few minutes, it shows the attached error message. I try again, and it works perfectly.

Hi Aletha,
Try reviewing your network endpoints and ports listed here. That messaging typically indicates you're unable to connect to one of our services as well, and therefore Articulate 360 is assuming you're offline.
