Storyline Error Message: You are offline. Please connect to the internet and try again.
As I work in storyline, it occasionally slows down. After a few minutes, it shows the attached error message. I try again, and it works perfectly.

i'm trying to open Articulate 360 desktop app and it says "Offline, Please connect to the internet to validate your Articulate 360 subscription", although i'm perfectly logged in and can access my account online. i'm using a trial version and its showing that 5 days are remaining for the free trial.
Please Help.
