Storyline Error Message: You are offline. Please connect to the internet and try again.
As I work in storyline, it occasionally slows down. After a few minutes, it shows the attached error message. I try again, and it works perfectly.

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing trying to open the Articulate 360 desktop application.
Did you try what Ren suggested above? If not, please review your network endpoints and ports. That messaging typically indicates you're unable to connect to one of our services, and Articulate 360 assumes you're offline.
