Not sure if you still need this.
If so, then the main slide Conclusion trigger is blocking the display of the final Correct layer.
Try removing the main slide trigger that shows the conclusion layer.
And add this version of that trigger to the Q4_correct layer to show the conclusion after the Q4_correct layer is completed.
