I'm not familiar with the website you're using in the embed code. Most embed links look like this:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://embed.iglooo.io/embed.js?v=3" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>
Have you tried inserting the video as a web object? Here are the steps!
Igloo allows export as Storyline Web Object.
