Storyline is not allowing to Embedded content
When I am inserting this code in 'Insert video from website'

I'm happy to help! I've tested your embed code but I'm also running into the same error message.
I'm not familiar with the website you're using in the embed code. Most embed links look like this:

Igloo allows export as Storyline Web Object.
