Storyline javaScript Motion

Hi everyone! I know that I am waaaay too late to join the JavaScript bandwagon, but has anyone attempted to do this kind of JavaScript motion:

This is from David Charney's YouTube Channel (eLearning Locker). 

I already have the script for the sliding buttons and I am currently exploring it to know more about it but what I am really interested in is the graphs at the bottom. 

Would you guys happen to have these types of JavaScript animations? It would be a big big help for me as I am researching for moreeee. Thank you!
