Storyline keystrokes not being recognized when recording simulation
I'm building a series of simulations for app training using the screen recording tool with Try steps.
The screen recording is only recognizing clicks, not typing or any other keystrokes.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Storyline to no avail.
I need a solution quickly; however, the Articulate chat feature is not available because the whole support team is apparently on vacation, per a note on the Support site.
Has anyone encountered this issue and have a solution?
