Storyline Lagging
I’ve been having some trouble with Storyline lately. It keeps lagging and I keep losing all my progress. Also, the slides where I’ve added multiple triggers aren’t working properly. They either don’t respond the way they’re supposed to or just make everything slower.
Could you help me figure out what’s going on? I’d really appreciate any tips or fixes you can suggest.

Do you have missing fonts? That is the biggest cause of slowdown

Storyline shouldn't be lagging as you described. Here are a couple of things to check first
- You're working locally
- Software is up-to-date (Build 3.98.34222.0)
If this happens with one specific file, I'd try importing your slides into a new Storyline project. If it's consistent across multiple files, you can try a Storyline repair. If those don't do the trick, please let us know here or privately in a support case!
