Storyline layer trigger requests
Request: layer triggers that fire based on other layers state.
Requested Triggers:
When [layer] is showing/hidden
When [layer] shows
When [layer] hides
When [layer] interaction with [layer b ] ends
These should be able to target different layers in the slide.

I believe some of the triggers suggested can already be achieved with others. For example:
When [layer] shows >> When the timeline starts on this layer
When [layer] hides >> When the timeline ends on this layer / When the user clicks item 1 (which also hides the layer).
