Storyline Motion Path End Point
I think that changing the path shape by repositioning the endpoint is limited to lines, curves and arcs. Other more complex shapes like freeform and scribble still seem to be limited to resizing the whole set path.
Thanks for the reply Nathan. If I'm correctly understanding your points, that isn't quite the problem I'm trying to solve. I'm good that the object travels the whole path and I'm not trying to change a path in the middle, but rather only the final end-point. And you are right that your solution was a bit more than I wanted to jump into for this situation.
An article came out in 2024 about modifying the end point of a motion path (https://www.articulatesupport.com/article/storyline-360-fine-tune-motion-paths). At the end of the text was a table that seemed to indicate that the X, Y Coordinates of scribbles could be modified. The table also indicates I cannot change "Length", but that wasn't my interpretation of what I was trying to accomplish; maybe in hindsight, that is their definition.
