Also happening to our team, the background color when loading is displaying the old color and not updating to the new one, does the Storyline team have a fix for this already??

I understand you are encountering issues with the background color in Storyline 360.

      Hi NeilCottrill-e2​,

      Sorry to hear that you're also experiencing this issue.

      I can confirm that we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline. This bug causes:

      • Modern Player: Default custom background color flashes during load before the new color applies. 

       

      I've included you in the bug report that's being tracked so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest:

      • Temporarily set "Menu & Controls" to OFF so you can change the "Page background color".
      • Temporarily set 'Other > Player Size' to "Lock Player size" or "Lock Player size to fit browser". This will also allow you to change the "Page background color".
