Storyline Practice and Assessments freezing when learner fails then passes

I have a Storyline 360 course with practice/knowledge checks and an assessment. They allow the learner to retry after failing. When the learner fails, then retries and passes, the results freeze. The learner cannot move forward or backward. This is happening in both Review 360 and when published to SCORM for the LMS. 

This seems to be happening since the latest update of Storyline was installed. 

Has anyone else encountered these issues? Is there a glitch in the latest update, 3.77.30587.0?

    Follow Up - After some additional testing, it seems the issue is triggered when the learner gets a question incorrect on the first try, correct on the second try then passes the knowledge check.  The questions are set to allow 2 attempts, feedback at question level.
