Storyline Printing and Review Issues
Hi everyone,
I am having issues with printing and reviewing. I created results slide with buttons to review and print. I tried the course myself and got a perfect score. However, when I printed, the printed page said I failed with a score of zero. In addition, when I click on review, all slides say I got them incorrect.
Any advice on how to fix this?

Sorry for the trouble! I'm happy to help. Do you have a trigger set to reset the results? If so, is that tied to either the Print or Review button?
