StoryLine: Publish Scene as Video not working-

Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble publishing your Storyline course to video!
Since it’s happening with multiple modules, we can first rule out a problem with the Storyline install. If you’re already working from your local drive, try running these steps to fix any possible installation issues.
If the problem continues, we’d be happy to take a closer look. Some elements in the course might be causing the problem. Please feel free to share your project file here or privately through a support case, where one of our Support Engineers will work with you one-on-one. We’ll be sure to delete the file once we’re done testing.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the content, I can't share the project file. Went through the list of potential issues, stripped out all triggers, separated the file out, ensured it was exporting local... and nothing worked.

Does starting a new project, adding a simple shape to the slide, and publishing this new project as a video work? If it does, I suspect the issue may be due to a common corrupted element present in your modules. Try publishing your course without Scene 6 to see if the publishing completes. If it does, please open a case with our support team here for additional troubleshooting.
