Storyline Quiz in Workday

We have created a quiz in Storyline and added this into Workday. We need to see grade and score for the quiz but we also need to see the questions and answers the learner had/gave as we are us...

The issue we had was when creating the quiz in storyline that the questions and answers weren't pulling through. We needed to be able to see what question the learner was asked as well as the answers they gave and whether they were right of wrong.
There was a lot of testing but I believe that uploading as 2004 4th edition gave us what we needed.
