Storyline Quiz in Workday

We have created a quiz in Storyline and added this into Workday. We need to see grade and score for the quiz but we also need to see the questions and answers the learner had/gave as we are us...
Hi Martina! Can I ask how you sorted it out? Rise learner interaction pulls through for us on Workday, but not Storyline's.
