Storyline Quiz Only Presenting 1 Questions for Some Users
I have a Storyline course that a quiz with multiple questions at the end. For me in Storyline and in our learning management platform, it preforms normally. Many users have taken the test and completed it without issue. However, a handful 4-5 users are encountering an error that only presents one question and then when they select next it brings them directly to the results and they fail since they only answered one question. I have double checked that shuffle is not on and impacting the transition between slides. I have checked that all the slides have the correct pathways. I had them clear their browser history and ensure they had pop ups allowed in case that was interacting. I tried reuploading the file as well as reassigning it to those users, but they are still encountering this issue. Has anyone else experienced this before? How were you able to resolve it?

It sounds like the issue is platform-specific since you can't replicate the behavior consistently on your end. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to isolate the issue:
- Test your course in Review 360
- Upload your course to another LMS and see if the 4-5 affected users can replicate the issue on that version of your course
