Just watched Jeannette's great screenr on creating customized Quiz Review slides. In addition to this customization, is there a way to move/edit the "Incorrect" and "Correct" text rectangle that app...

I'm not able to recreate the problem you're having - mine show up automatically when using the "Review" feature from my results slide. Can you share your .story file here or submit it by a Support case?
