Storyline randomly changing text boxes to remove word wrap

Hello! I am having this same issue with SL360. I have no idea why this keeps happening, but I am noticing this happening in a number of scenarios:
When adding slides from the Team Slides (even when I have re-saved and know that it is correct when I save it)
After publishing to Review 360, and closing the file...the next time it was opened, the text boxes spread beyond the page
This has also happened on question slides too.
We use standard fonts: Arial, standard size - either 4:3 or 16:9. The courses where I have seen this most are 4:3.
Any ideas?
