Storyline review 360 freezing when you click on review link

Hi there, Can anyone help? Im not sure if this is to do with recent updates but im publishing courses to review 360 and they just freeze in the browser (so this is firefox, chrome, edge), Howeve...

Hi Steven,

Thanks for getting back to me, any help here would be appreciated as i cant send anything for review in review 360 (unless the reviewers open the course on a smartphone). Ive raised a ticket but had no response other than to say my ticket has been received, so I just ned to understand why new courses im building and old courses ive built freeze when open in Review 360
