Storyline Reviewers Are Being Asked for Passwords
In the past I have been able to have reviewers enter their email addresses and the begin reviewing my work, posting comments on the right side. Yesterday a reviewer was asked for a password. Today I watched as another reviewer attempted to access the course but could not because of the password request. These reviewers are using the steps I wrote out a couple months ago and that previous reviewers could use without issues.

Is it possible that the reviewers who are being asked for a password have their emails linked to an ArticulateID? In that case, they will be prompted to sign in with their password.

I'm having the same issue this morning! And no - these emails have never been linked to an Articulate ID. I've even entered "fake" addresses and am asked to sign in or create an ID.

Next steps I recommend for the reviewers are to clear their browser's cache and try a different browser. If those tips don't work, connect with us in a support case so we can dig in deeper!
