Storyline ribbon getting cut off and partially hidden

Can I ask if you are using a screen resolution that is 1,280 x 800 or higher as detailed in this article on Storyline 360's recommended system requirements?
If you are, please try changing the scale setting of your monitor to 100% to see if this helps. You can do this by right-clicking anywhere on your desktop and selecting 'Display settings'.
If the issue persists, try following the steps in this article to do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation.
