Storyline Ribbon suddenly not appearing correctly
Been using Storyline for a long time, however after a recent update, the ribbon is no longer appearing correctly. The top of the ribbon is cut off - see attached image.
Worse, in other menus options are not appearing at all. For example, I need to turn the menus and controls of the player to off, which usually appear by
going to player, then opening the relevant drop down menu which sits below 'player style'. This drop down menu has disappeared, and again, the rest of the menus/ribbon looks strange.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no joy. I have also checked as per help guides that the screen resolution meets the minimums, and that display is 100%.
I am using parallels on Mac.
I'm also seeing strangely sized icons in the triggers section on the right - which again has never looked like this. The icons previously were much smaller
This definitely looks like a glitch in the interface. Your best bet would be to submit a case to Articulate support with as much detail as possible about your system and setup.
