Storyline Scorm Lesson not working in Blackboard
Hello All,
I have an instructor using Storyline SCORM lessons copied over from a previous course in Blackboard 9.1. The lessons do not open at all now, instead we get an error message:
The error is:
No scormbbpackageinfo row found for content id _486251_1
Anyone know how I should proceed to correct this issues considering we do not have access to the original project files to re-import?? I appreciate your valuable very appreciated help in advance.

Hi Judith,
I'm not sure what you mean by copy or duplicate - if you are looking to share the files, you may want to look at sharing the original .story file so that it can be republished. You could also look at sending them the entire zipped output that you published.
If you're looking to somehow duplicate in Blackboard, I'll defer to the community experts on that.

Thanks Ashley. I realise we have those options - but they are time consuming for the other schools.
We have created some 50 individual lessons for each of 8 year levels across a variety of subjects.
It is much cleaner if we can load them all to blackboard master course and allow schools simply to copy what they want, when they need it. So yes - I am looking for community blackboard experts.

Hello Judith,
Were you able to find a solution to copying BB master course content? I will be setting up something similar and would like to know what errors I should watch out for, and (ideally) potential solutions. Let me know, and thank you.
Certainly understand Judith - and I'll defer to the community
Hello Agnieszka,
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure if Judith is still subscribed here. You are certainly welcome to reach out to the user directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.

I know this is old but can someone help me with this please? I've zipped the file within storyline for scorm, upload it to blackboard, when I launch the file it says opening in a new window, then nothing opens. It is a blank new window. I've tried 1.2 and 2004 nothing works. any suggestions?
Hi Scott!
Sorry you're bumping into an issue and no worries on popping into a related thread.
Are you able to replicate this behavior when you upload the course to SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS? If you are able to replicate, then we would want to take a look. Sounds like this may be specific to BlackBoard though.
You are certainly welcome to reach out to the users directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.

Hello, We are experiencing the same problem (later version of Blackboard Learn). We have reported this problem to learn but I guess that no fixes haven been develop in the last year.
Hi Mari,
Are you seeing the same error message that Jennifer shared at the beginning of this discussion?
What version of Storyline are you using? This discussion is quite a bit older, so it'd help to know if Blackboard Learn is still running into errors using Storyline 3 or Articulate 360. You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline" to see the version and update number. The latest versions are:
-
Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0
-
Storyline 360 build 3.23.17480.0
Let us know if you're still running into trouble, or seeing a different error message!

I am running into the same error using the latest version of Storyline 360 (updated July 2019). Please address this as soon as possible. All of the new students of the college here are supposed to complete this course, and we are unable to create the courses due to this error!
We also have contracted Articulate Support, but since others are seeing the error, posting any further information here would be helpful.
Thanks for letting us know that you are working with the support team, Kari.
I see that Lauren is currently assisting you :)
