storyline: seekbar on video slides not working when published.
I attached two videos in regards to what I thought was a bug. I was able to reproduce this behavior where the seekbar retains a "read-only" state even though the "allow drag after completion" option was selected in the player settings. The slide advances to the next slide when the video is complete. The video was continually playing with no interruptions. A rectangle with a 99% transparency was also drawn over the video. I replayed the same slides over and over
to find out that the seekbar behavior alternates between a "read-only and "allow drag after completion" states in an unpredictable and unreliable manner. The only time the seekbar would work as expected was when the slide was set to advance when the timeline ends on this slide.
It appeared to me that the video completes before the timeline ends although they share the same time duration. To check it out, I set the slide to resume saved state. Upon revisiting the slide, It was clear enough that the video would complete before the timeline ends on this slide. Upon revisiting the slide, I could clearly tell that the timeline is still stuck at the end, hence a "read-only" state. I don't know if this is a bug or something that would normally happen due to the difference in frame rates?
