Storyline Simulation - Error in Typing Trigger
With the screenshot attached the click function is working perfectly until we get to Type Shop1234 (textbox) this is automatically ticking and not allowed to enter in Shop1234 and doesn't move forward to the next click.
If anyone could help, could you please reach out?

Can you upload just the slide with the issue so someone can troubleshoot? Not sure if anything is blocking or preventing typing. Do you have another layer open or something? It's hard to diagnose without seeing the actual slide.
The automatic tick just means the page has been viewed.
I would check where the text entry field is on the slide, look at the timeline, I would suspect it is not aligned with the image/video or has been removed by mistake.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate this issue on my end, no matter what I try. Based on the screenshot, it appears that the cursor is inside the text box, which indicates that typing should be possible. I’m not sure why you’re unable to enter text. It’s a simple text entry interaction and should work correctly, even with the unassigned trigger and the correct layer removed. Neither of these should cause the “can’t type” issue.
With your current setup, typing “Shop1234” and submitting should automatically take you to the next slide (if “Shop1234” defined as the acceptable answer in Form View). Otherwise, it will continue looping to the “Try Again” layer. Also, the automatic tick is not the reason for this issue.
That looks like it should work, you do have to press submit to enter the value
