Storyline Simulation - Error in Typing Trigger

With the screenshot attached the click function is working perfectly until we get to Type Shop1234 (textbox) this is automatically ticking and not allowed to enter in Shop1234 and doesn't move forwar...

Hi, 

Please see two more attachments. 

1 - This is where I have clicked and prompt to enter in Shop1324

2 - This is where I have said to Type Shop1234.

    Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate this issue on my end, no matter what I try. Based on the screenshot, it appears that the cursor is inside the text box, which indicates that typing should be possible. I’m not sure why you’re unable to enter text. It’s a simple text entry interaction and should work correctly, even with the unassigned trigger and the correct layer removed. Neither of these should cause the “can’t type” issue.

    With your current setup, typing “Shop1234” and submitting should automatically take you to the next slide (if “Shop1234” defined as the acceptable answer in Form View). Otherwise, it will continue looping to the “Try Again” layer. Also, the automatic tick is not the reason for this issue.
