Storyline slides into Rise
Hi
I am creating slides in storyline and uploading to Rise - some slides come in with a black background until you click the play button but the slide is not a video its an interactive slide from the content library - How do I remove the black so you can see the first slide

Thanks for reaching out. I recommend customizing the play button screen by adding a course cover photo.
This is especially important on mobile devices, where browser restrictions prevent automatic playback, and a play button overlay appears. You can read more about this behavior here:
